of these contracts must be mailed to the Seller. Failure to
mail the Seller a signed copy of these contracts within 10 days

The Seller assumes no responsibility for injuries
which may concur during shipping. Any recourse for damages to the
puppy/dog during shipping shall be limited to any action brought
against the transportation company. In executing this agreement the

Shipping cost can vary because of
the location and airlines. Shipping usually costs $275 for 8 week
old puppies. As the puppies grows, the price of shipping may go up.
The rates depend on kennel size and which airline is used. Prices
fluctuate from city to city and from airline to airline.
The cost of shipping itself
varies depending on which airline, where the puppy is going and the
size of the crate. We will let you know the exact price a few days
before shipping.
We will ship your puppy via
Continental Airlines, when we know the conditions are safe due to
weather conditions in other States. There are strict weather
controls for some areas where puppies need to be shipped. The temperature will sometimes
delay a flight a few days. Sometimes it is possible to put a puppy
on a very early flight or a very late flight.
Gold Leaf Schnauzer House will
take care of everything; book the flight, drive to the airport, call
and give you all the information ahead of time.
If you need a puppy shipped via
Continental Airlines we will need information from you for us to be
able to book the puppy's flight. We will need the name, address, and
phone number of the person who will be picking the puppy up at the
airport, the name of the nearest major airport that is closest to
you.
Once we have this information from
you we will call and get the flight information for you. We will be
able to book the flight three days prior to shipping. Then
when we have the flight booked we will reconfirm the flight
information with you and give you the confirmation number,
flight number, and time of arrival. We will also let you know where
to pick the puppy up at the airport. The puppy will be available for
pick up within 30 minutes to an hour of landing.
You will need to bring your
confirmation number with you, and be required to show a photo I.D.
when you pick the puppy up at the airport.
